DAZN's partnership with Sky UK saw the launch of a linear channel. This was a major project which required collaboration with designers, project managers, product owners, legal, CRM and senior management. We had 2 weeks to deliver a full, seamless user experience for launch. The project was also very technical, so involved a lot of simplifying for customers while also ensuring the language didn't misguide them from a backend standpoint.
We managed to provide a fully-functioning user experience for launch, coordinating a cross-team effort and developing a template for future use, so we could lead with pay per view events and promote DAZN 1 HD at the same time.
