NFL Game Pass

After DAZN agreed a landmark NFL deal to provide Game Pass to customers outside of the USA, it was up to us to provide adequate user journeys for new, existing and migrated customers. I assisted across the whole project but worked closely on migration journeys. We were presented with an extremely challenging timeline for delivery and an ever-changing proposition, but managed to launch NFL Game Pass on time successfully and migration journeys were simplified as much as possible.
